Description

HPMC is a high efficient water retention agent, stabilizer, adhesives, and film-former for construction materials. They are available in different modifications. When used in building materials, it improves the workability by enhancing adhesion, water retention, and lubricity, shrink and crack resistance.

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose is designed to improve the quality and processing characteristics of cement-based materials such as tile grouts. Compatible with all conventional mineral and organic binders imparts well balanced properties to tile grouts such as flow of fresh mortar, open time and good impact on sedimentation and bleeding. It also enhances rheology, workability and water retention.
